- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, from planning to hands-on execution

- Experience with sensitive organizational communications in People/HR contexts
- Sound judgment and prioritization when managing competing communication requests
- Cultural intuition and ability to convey personality beyond corporate messaging
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
