- Hands-on warehouse management or inventory management system experience and spreadsheet proficiency
- Third-party logistics provider or carrier management and vendor accountability
- Domestic freight knowledge (LTL, FTL, parcel) and documentation
- Safety and regulatory compliance for IT and electronic equipment shipping and storage
- Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to build processes from scratch and scale operations reliably
- US travel capability to warehouse and data center sites

- Data center or enterprise IT hardware experience (servers, GPUs, accelerators, networking)
