- 3+ years managing at least 2 direct reports
- Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows
- Experience supporting or coordinating corporate learning programs or HR initiatives
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills managing multiple initiatives
- Experience with learning technologies or HR systems
- Experience facilitating instructor-led classes and workshops in virtual and in-person environments

## Nice to have

- 4+ years managing logistics and execution of in-person training, workshops, or employee events
- 3-4 years writing and managing internal communications, intranet content, or program marketing
- Proficiency with Docebo LMS, Skillsoft Percipio, or similar enterprise learning platforms
- Experience using AI tools to analyze data and identify trends or insights
- Knowledge of learning evaluation models like ADDIE or Kirkpatrick
