## Required

- Master's degree in electrical engineering with minimum 8 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience in design, analysis, integration, and test of custom electronics
- Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools
- Ability to conduct circuit analysis and simulation to optimize performance and reliability
- U.S. citizenship

## Nice to have

- Understanding of space qualification standards and requirements
- Experience designing custom electronics for space products
- Experience with electrical stress analysis, worst case circuit analysis, and reliability analysis
- Experience producing PCB layouts
- Understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes
- Knowledge of relevant IPC standards
- Experience developing and conducting testing of complex electronic sub-assemblies and special test equipment
- Experience deriving sub-assembly requirements from system requirements and defining test methodologies
- Experience developing design and verification documentation
- Written and verbal communication skills to present designs to stakeholders
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
