- 8-10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain experience with indirect spend ownership
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations, RFQ/RFP management, and contracting
- Analytical and financial modeling skills with ability to develop reporting tools and dashboards
- Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience sourcing logistics, freight, warehousing, 3PL, returns, or related operational services
- Knowledge of global trade compliance

## Nice to have

- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Background in consumer electronics, medical device, or consumer product companies
- Familiarity with contract manufacturing and global supply chain networks including tariffs and Incoterms
