This role owns the product experience for AI agents discovering, integrating with, and using Deepgram's voice APIs in production. You'll design and optimize the entire agent lifecycle while building prototypes and systems yourself, requiring both deep engineering chops and proven shipped AI work.

## Required

- Senior or principal-level software engineering background
- Shipped AI software beyond prompts (agents, MCP servers, tools, harnesses)
- Strong product management judgment with demonstrated results
- Ability to design and stand up complete systems from scratch
- PLG and developer-product fluency

## Nice to have

- Experience building specifically for AI agents
- Voice, audio, or real-time streaming systems experience
- Open-source contributions with adoption
- Experience in companies with both self-serve and enterprise motions
