## Required

- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma plus 4 years related aviation experience
- 5 years technical maintenance operations, operations planning, or warehouse/materials experience in aviation
- 3 years leadership experience
- Working knowledge of Part 121 FAA regulations
- Real-time operational environment experience
- Aircraft routing and maintenance scheduling knowledge
- KPI development and performance metric reporting
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional coordination skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- SIDA Badge eligibility
- Pre-employment drug test clearance
- US work authorization

## Nice to have

- Maintenance Operations Control or Maintenance Control Center experience at a Part 121 airline
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Aircraft routing systems experience (TOPS)
- Maintenance systems experience (TRAX)
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
- Data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification
- Understanding of OOS, D0, TDR, MEL operational metrics
