- Data-driven analytical skills
- Process improvement and automation experience
- Stakeholder management in global matrixed environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with AI/GenAI opportunities in collections
- Experience with specific collections tools
