- 5+ years low-power and energy-efficient logic design
- 5+ years cross-clock domain crossing and power-aware design
- 3+ years scripting (TCL, Perl, or Python)

## Nice to have

- CPU power-management knowledge (DVFS, P/C states, thermal)
- Intel x86 architecture and ISA expertise
- High-speed circuit design and optimization experience
- Circuit planning and timing convergence knowledge
- Static timing analysis, UPF, and lint check proficiency
