- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic systems
- Experience designing and evaluating agent workflows
- Experience integrating APIs and business systems like CRMs and partner portals

- Ability to identify bottlenecks in manual workflows and redesign them
- Clear written documentation

## Nice to have

- 5+ years in operations engineering, solutions engineering, or RevOps
- Experience in partner or channel operations

- Familiarity with Claude API, Claude Code, or agent frameworks
