## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new equipment and cleaning techniques
- Reliable attendance
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, reach, push, and pull
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Push and pull loaded carts, trash containers, and cleaning equipment
- Perform repetitive cleaning motions
- Operate powered cleaning equipment safely
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Work in environments with dust, debris, cleaning chemicals, moisture, and noise
