## Summary

This role builds and maintains test equipment for aerospace propulsion systems at an active test facility, focusing on welding, fabrication, and mechanical assembly. It suits experienced trades workers with strong stainless steel welding credentials who want to contribute directly to rapid-iteration rocket development.

## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years TIG welding with stainless steel alloys and aluminum
- 2+ years manual machining experience
- Pipe welding and orbital tube welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings
- Experience fabricating custom parts without drawings
- Knowledge of common aerospace fluid connections
- Hole layout and drilling experience
- Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods
- Physical capability to stoop, bend, crawl, and lift 25 lbs unassisted
- Attention to detail
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status (ITAR requirement)

## Nice to have

- Inconel welding experience
- Experience with pressurized systems up to 6,000 psi
- Crane operations experience
- Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of pneumatic and cryogenic systems
