## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, ECE, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 2+ years of software QA, systems testing, or mechatronic system validation experience
- Proficiency in Linux and Python, C++, or Bash/Shell
- Experience writing and developing comprehensive test cases and test plans
- Hands-on experience with virtual testing, HIL environments, or track-based testing
- Problem-solving and debugging abilities
- Adaptability to ambiguous and evolving requirements

## Nice to have

- Experience in ADAS or autonomous systems
- Experience with AV simulation platforms such as Applied Intuition, IPG Carmaker, or NVIDIA DRIVE Sim
- Hands-on experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Track-based testing and mechatronic system integration experience
- Understanding of ISO26262, ISO21448, and ISO9001 standards
