- 10+ years GMP environment experience with Bachelor's degree in science, OR 8+ years with Master's degree, OR 5+ years with PharmD/PhD
- Extensive hands-on biologics manufacturing and QC operations experience
- Experience leading investigations, CAPA, and change management in GMP operations
- Understanding of materials management, manufacturing methods, and analytical testing systems in GMP
- Prior people management experience in Quality
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

## Nice to have

- ASQ certification (CQA, CQE, or CQM) or equivalent professional certification
- Experience supporting FDA, Health Canada, or other regulatory inspections
