## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing engineering teams, including managing other managers or senior leads
- Track record of owning team results, headcount and priority tradeoffs, and goals tied to organizational objectives
- Clear written and verbal communication, including presentations to senior leadership
- Sound judgment on performance, staffing, and cross-team conflict
- Working familiarity with test engineering in complex, safety-relevant systems
