## Required

- SAP S/4HANA hands-on experience
- Implementation, upgrade, or support experience with SAP S/4HANA systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Exposure to or involvement in Disaster Recovery planning and testing
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis capability
- Experience supporting SAP systems on Windows, Linux, and SAP HANA
- Willingness to work 24/7 operational environment with shift rotations and on-call duties
- Ability to maintain regular office presence for team collaboration
- Willingness to undergo governmental security clearance process

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools like Terraform and Ansible
