## Required

- 18 years or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and customer relationship building
- Drive to meet personal and team sales goals
- Availability for at least 16 hours/week (peak days Friday-Sunday plus holidays, or mixed peak and non-peak days)
- Ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Willingness to wear Rothy's shoes during shifts and follow dress code
