## Required

- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school
- Active law license in at least one US jurisdiction
- 4+ years of healthcare regulatory legal experience
- Expertise in telehealth compliance and digital health law
- Knowledge of state-by-state professional practice standards and credentialing requirements
- Familiarity with corporate practice of medicine rules
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience advising cross-functional teams

## Nice to have

- Experience interacting with legislators, trade associations, and regulatory boards
- Prior interactions with Boards of Medicine or Boards of Nursing
