## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 6 years information security experience
- Minimum 2 years project or team lead experience
- Industry certification (CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or related)
- Authorized to work in the US
- Pass criminal background check

## Nice to have

- 8+ years cybersecurity experience with SOC or incident response time
- Certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, GSEC, CySA+, or EDR/SIEM/identity/cloud vendor certs
- Experience building security automation and orchestration playbooks
- Operating a threat intelligence program
- Detection-as-code practices with version control and CI/CD
- SAST, DAST, SCA, and secrets scanning integrated into CI/CD
- IAST, RASP, API security testing, or bot/fraud mitigation experience
- Secure code review ability in web and API development languages
- Threat modeling experience
- PCI DSS experience with WAF and application penetration testing
- Major cloud provider security experience
- Privileged access management and identity-based attack detection knowledge
- Experience in regulated environments (PCI DSS, SOX, aviation)
- Supporting operational technology or specialized business systems
- Mentoring analysts and leading tabletop or purple team exercises
