## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum six years of relevant claims handling or medical malpractice litigation experience
- Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire (where applicable)
- Demonstrated negotiation experience
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and policy language
- Ability to investigate complex claims and determine liability

## Nice to have

- Professional designations such as CPCU
- Experience managing large-exposure commercial claims
