Replit is seeking an engineer to design and maintain the infrastructure that powers growth experiments, analytics pipelines, and automated systems for user acquisition and engagement. ## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years building backend or infrastructure-focused services
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript
- Cloud platform infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and databases
- Experience with CI/CD systems and Infrastructure as Code tools
- Experience with experimentation platforms

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with growth metrics and product analytics tools like Amplitude
- Experience designing and scaling A/B testing systems and feature flag orchestration
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and distributed systems
- Knowledge of observability tools like Datadog
