- 10+ years of direct spacecraft reliability experience including statistical process control and modeling/prediction
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Ability to pass U.S. government background investigation
- Knowledge of spaceflight subsystems and functions

## Nice to have

- Experience with reliability predictions for new spacecraft and space vehicle designs
- Experience analyzing flight hardware failure data
- Broad background in space systems engineering
- Experience with NASA human spaceflight programs
- Track record in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
