## Required

- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years relevant IT experience, or Master's degree and 5+ years
- Leadership and influencing skills with collaborative approach
- Clear communication and presentation abilities for diverse stakeholders
- Experience executing IT strategy aligned with business priorities
- Ability to build trusted partnerships across multi-country environments
- Experience driving digital and AI initiatives from concept to delivery
- Exposure to IT portfolio management including prioritization and ROI
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
