- 5+ years hands-on automation experience including robotics, AMHS, AGV/AMR, or smart manufacturing
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience leading medium-to-large automation projects from concept through production release
- Strong structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making capability
- Cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations

## Nice to have

- Experience with semiconductor Assembly, Test, advanced packaging, HBM, or wafer manufacturing
- Proficiency with specific backend applications like CMF MES, MAM, or RMS
- Experience working across global, cross-functional teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments
