- Deep understanding of interconnects and cable technologies, manufacturing processes, cost drivers, and supply landscape
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with executives

## Nice to have

- MBA
- Technical experience in addition to program management skills
- Ability to use AI tools for supply chain analysis
