## Required

- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 7+ years federal government proposal development experience
- Shipley process experience with varying classification levels
- Basic FAR/DFAR compliance knowledge
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Knowledge of aerospace, defense, or intelligence industry business development lifecycle
- Solicitation analysis and compliance matrix expertise
- U.S. citizenship
- Travel up to 15% of the time

## Nice to have

- Current active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Understanding of proposal specialization area
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Initiative and drive to accomplish goals
