- Experience managing Team Leads, Supervisors, or other frontline leaders
- Strong organizational skills managing competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with contact center technology including phone systems, CRMs, and workforce management tools
- Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Slack)
- C1 level English proficiency or higher, written and spoken
