## Required

- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or partner success
- Understanding of economics at the purchase moment and high-intent surfaces
- Fluency in supply and yield metrics: fill rate, ad requests, impressions, viewability, eCPM, page yield
- Fluency in affiliate metrics: EPC, AOV, CPA, CPC, conversion rate, cookie window, last-click attribution
- Ad-tech literacy: CPC and CPM models, contextual targeting, ad serving, inventory quality, ad-tag mechanics
- Ability to build reporting summaries, commercial decks, and revenue forecasts independently
- Ability to hold technical conversations with ad-ops, programmatic, product, and merchant teams
- Clear written and verbal communication across editorial, technical, and commercial stakeholders
- Ability to manage a large book of business and competing priorities independently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

## Nice to have

- Direct affiliate marketing experience
- Experience with ecommerce media networks or commerce platform monetization surfaces
- Direct experience selling to or managing relationships with advertisers and brands
- Track record with technology implementations that lift conversion at point of purchase
- Deep familiarity with Shopify and its commerce infrastructure
- Comfort operating across both affiliate and supply-side/yield metrics vocabularies
- History of owning a book of business independently
