- Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strategic and tactical thinking with consensus-building skills
- Detailed knowledge of software engineering principles
- Experience with industry-standard configuration management tools
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 12+ years proven experience in similar or related program management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication and technical presentation skills

## Nice to have

- Operating systems principles and modern programming language experience
- Datacenter functional knowledge and PCIe board experience
- Experience coordinating between hardware, firmware, and software organizations
- Knowledge of GPUs and NICs
- Experience with Agile tools
