- 8+ years People Analytics experience including data science roles
- 5+ years supporting Talent Acquisition analytics
- Experience building hiring forecast and funnel conversion models
- Expertise with causal inference methods such as propensity score, difference-in-differences, or synthetic control
- Advanced SQL and fluency in Python or R
- Experience scoping and measuring AI use cases across phased testing and rollout
- Ability to partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor
- Experience working with Avature or similar ATS systems
- Demonstrated ownership of data governance frameworks and data quality standards

## Nice to have

- Talent Acquisition analytics benchmarking against industry standards and competitors
- External lens on recruiter productivity and forecasting approaches
- Knowledge of recruiter capacity and productivity analytics
- Familiarity with People Analytics Research Team collaboration
