- 7+ years analytics engineering, data engineering, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Applied Math, Statistics, or Business Analytics
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and DBT
- Experience with at least one major data warehouse platform (Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake)
- Data instrumentation and data QA expertise
- Develop automated reporting solutions and visualization tools with TIBCO Spotfire and Power BI
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and strategic direction abilities
- Exceptional communication and mentoring skills

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree beyond bachelor's
- Knowledge of YouTube or content creator industry
