## Required

- Proven experience in logistics, inventory control, or supply chain
- Proficiency with inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English
- Valid work authorization for Iceland

## Nice to have

- Data center or high-tech environment experience
- Basic understanding of hardware components and part types
- Icelandic language skills
- Data center or IT hardware logistics experience
- Familiarity with customs and import/export documentation
- Experience working with procurement teams and vendors
- Forklift or equipment handling certification
