Crusoe seeks an experienced director to oversee the end-to-end development of massive AI data center campuses, from site selection through operational commissioning. This role suits senior leaders with deep expertise in large-scale industrial infrastructure projects who can manage billion-dollar budgets, navigate complex regulatory processes, and lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

## Required

- 15+ years of progressive leadership in large-scale real estate development
- Track record delivering industrial, life sciences, or energy infrastructure projects
- Expertise in entitlements, environmental permitting (CEQA/NEPA), and utility interconnects
- Proven ability to influence C-suite, Board, and public-sector stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of construction law and project finance structures
- Mastery of master scheduling and project controls
- Fluency in high-density infrastructure engineering requirements
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area

## Nice to have

- Direct data center or renewable energy sector experience
- Entrepreneurial background or infrastructure scaling in a high-growth startup
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Real Estate Development, or JD)
