- 10+ years Part 121 or Part 135 transport category aircraft maintenance or Quality Inspector experience
- 5+ years heavy maintenance on Part 121 transport category aircraft
- 5+ years working on A320 type aircraft
- 5+ years working on 737MAX type aircraft
- 3+ years managing direct reports or remote work
- Airframe and Powerplant License
- A320 General Familiarization Course or equivalent
- 737MAX General Familiarization Course or equivalent
- Valid unexpired passport
- Valid unexpired driver's license
- Airport SIDA badge eligibility
- Active certificate privileges exercised in past 6 months
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read aircraft maintenance manuals
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- 75-80% travel availability
- US work authorization
- High school diploma or GED
