## Required

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 4+ years equivalent technical experience
- Strong Linux command-line interface skills
- Git proficiency
- 5+ years customer support experience in cloud, storage, or networking environments
- Experience with container orchestration and workload management tools
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of HPC technologies

## Nice to have

- Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCNA)
- AWS certifications (Machine Learning Specialty, Data Analytics Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional, Developer Associate)
- NVIDIA AI Infrastructure and Operations or Generative AI certifications
