Instructure seeks a senior analyst to serve as the primary operational partner for a North American sales business unit, managing forecasting cadence, analyzing pipeline and performance metrics, and delivering recommendations to improve sales execution. ## Required

- Three or more years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related go-to-market analytical role
- Experience supporting sales leaders as an operational or analytical business partner
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using Salesforce for reporting, analysis, and sales-process support
- Experience building, maintaining, or interpreting dashboards using Tableau or comparable business-intelligence platform
- Experience supporting territory design, account segmentation, quota planning, coverage analysis, or sales-capacity modeling
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and leadership-ready communications
- Sound business judgment and ability to evaluate assumptions using data and structured analysis
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process discipline

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with SQL or query-based data analysis
- Experience working with Snowflake or another cloud data platform
- Experience improving or automating recurring reports and operational workflows
- Experience supporting acquisition, expansion, whitespace, or customer-journey analysis in B2B SaaS
