- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership
- Ability to manage interdependencies across therapeutic areas, functions, and geographies
- Expertise in program management methodologies including planning, control, risk management, and stakeholder management

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or Ph.D.) in Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, or relevant discipline
