## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
- Ability to obtain and maintain SIDA badge
- Five years of diversified aircraft maintenance experience
- Available for occasional overnight travel (40%)
- Valid travel documents and ability to travel in and out of the United States
- Ability to operate maintenance vehicles (tugs, trucks, tow tugs, lifts, etc.)
- Effective oral and written communication
- Ability to work in confined spaces with frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, crawling and stooping
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
- Valid driver's license meeting JetBlue insurance standards
- Awareness of moving vehicles and aircraft hazards
- Pass ten-year background check and pre-employment drug test
- Legal eligibility to work in the position's country
- U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree
- Three years of A320/E190 maintenance experience
- Three years of instructor experience
- Three years of leadership experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
