## Required

- 3+ years in battery or electromechanical manufacturing as Supplier Development Engineer or equivalent
- Lithium-ion or lithium-polymer cell design and battery pack assembly experience
- Experience qualifying manufacturing processes with global suppliers from new product introduction to mass production
- Ability to bring up and qualify automated battery assembly lines
- Root cause analysis of failure modes
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional communication
- Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with battery safety and regulatory standards (UN38.3, IEC 62133, UL 1642/2054)
