- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals
- Infrastructure knowledge and strong technical understanding of enterprise IT
- Understanding of cloud business models and SAP Cloud solutions
- Experience managing escalations and coordinating issue resolution
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to balance customer advocacy with commercial objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Willingness to undergo governmental security clearance process
