- 11+ years enterprise storage engineering experience, or 9+ years with Master's degree, or 7+ years with Ph.D.
- 5+ years supporting large-scale EDA and HPC environments
- Expert-level NetApp ONTAP knowledge including FlexGroup, SnapMirror, FabricPool, and REST API automation
- Deep Linux filesystem and NFS expertise with performance troubleshooting
- Understanding of EDA and HPC workload characteristics
- Python, Ansible, Terraform, and API-driven automation experience
- Experience defining storage architecture for petabyte-scale environments with 24x7 operations
- NFS-on-Linux experience with identity integration and enterprise storage escalations

- StorageGRID expertise
- Parallel filesystem experience (Lustre, GPFS, BeeGFS)
- Hybrid-cloud storage environments (AWS FSx, Azure NetApp Files, S3 tiering)
