## Summary

Temporal seeks a senior technical leader to guide enterprise customers through distributed systems architecture decisions and drive adoption of their workflow orchestration platform across the Western region. You'll combine hands-on technical depth with customer relationship skills, advising executives on system design while partnering with sales to expand production deployments.

## Required

- Reside in Western Time Zone (San Francisco and Denver preferred)
- Exceptional technical communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of distributed systems design and best practices
- Ability to build application prototypes in at least one of Temporal's supported languages
- Knowledge of production operational considerations (security, reliability, performance, cost)
- Expertise in architectural design patterns and platform architecture
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider
- Strategic technical advisory skills for sales and account planning

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with additional cloud providers beyond the primary one
- Experience with multiple programming languages from Temporal's supported stack
