- 12+ years hardware engineering experience

- 5+ years leading a team
- Proficiency with AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Perplexity, ChatGPT)
- Experience with ML model training and testing for robotics
- Fleet management, telemetry, and debug capabilities
- Cross-functional collaboration with project management, hardware, and software teams
- Translate organizational goals into QA deliverables
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

## Nice to have

- Vision-Language Models (VLM) design and deployment experience
- Teleoperation and data collection lab experience
- Python scripting fluency
