- Business Process design and configuration expertise
- Ability to translate business requirements into Workday solutions
- Functional knowledge of Workday Absence, Benefits, HCM, and Performance Management modules
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
- Requirements gathering and solution design capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and analyze Workday reports

## Nice to have

- 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
- Workday certifications
- Experience configuring and supporting Workday Absence module including leave plans and PTO programs
- Experience configuring and supporting Workday Performance Management module
- Demonstrated success in client-facing or stakeholder-facing roles
- Experience leading Workday enhancement and release discussions
