## Required

- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related experience
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, and food industry sanitation practices
- Personal hygiene meeting company and government sanitation requirements
- Compliance with safety rules and procedures
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents
- Effective English communication
