- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, or technology transactions
- Demonstrated people management experience leading legal professionals

## Nice to have

- 8+ years of legal experience in commercial contracts or SaaS
- California state bar membership
- Experience leading legal teams through high-growth phases at technology companies
- Experience with multi-stakeholder technical and policy agreements
- Knowledge of AI technology and policy
