- 3+ years software engineering experience focused on data engineering, analytics engineering, or backend development
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with medallion architecture or similar layered data design patterns
- Experience building big data pipelines with data transformation, metadata, dependency management, and workload orchestration
- Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure with Terraform or similar tooling
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or comparable Spark-based platform
- Understanding of access control, data privacy, or compliance requirements
- Experience as key contributor on medium to large data or infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
