- Proactively identify and fix confusing or slow flows
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities

## Nice to have

- Browser media playback experience (HTML5 video/audio, HLS, containers, codecs)
- Building search or data-heavy interfaces over large datasets
- Portfolio or shipped work demonstrating UI design sense
- Auth systems and permission modeling experience (Clerk)
- Experience with sensitive or regulated data (HIPAA, PHI)
- Prior startup experience
