## Required

- 2+ years in desktop support, help desk, or customer support in manufacturing
- Experience supporting Windows, Android, and iOS devices
- Experience with Zebra products (thermal printers, mobile computers, scanners)
- Experience supporting manufacturing systems such as MES and ERP platforms
- Hands-on hardware maintenance experience including server racking and workstation deployment
- Networking fundamentals knowledge including TCP/IP, firewalls, and routing
- High school diploma or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- IT-related certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware)
- Experience with TULIP or similar MES platforms
- Experience supporting macOS devices
- Experience with Cisco Meraki network infrastructure
- Flexibility to provide on-call support or adjusted hours
