## Required

- 7+ years of progressive software development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Comfortable working across frontend and backend
- Deep understanding of systems, data structures, algorithms, concurrency, distributed systems, API design, and database internals
- Ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar codebases
- Own outcomes end-to-end from design through production
- Diagnose and debug complex issues and optimize performance
- Hands-on experience with modern AI developer tools like Cursor or Claude Code

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with integrating AI or ML-powered capabilities into web applications
- Experience integrating third-party AI APIs or frameworks like OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or vector databases
- Interest in how AI can enhance developer workflows and product functionality
